Stainless steel manifold for 1.4 T-Jet Abarth, Fiat, Alfa, and Lancia engines. This piece requires modifications to the exhaust, the intake, the engine water pipe, and turbo sleeves. It is entirely made of 304 stainless steel with a thickness of 1,5 mm. It is thus the lightest manifold on the market, with a weight of only 3.5 kg. This manifold was developed to improve the flow of exhaust gases and therefore to make the vehicle more reliable and powerful. Thanks to the engineering and technical work of our team and their long experience, we can offer an excellent product, which gives power to your car like no other product on the market.
Installation requirements
All our turbo kits require modification to the electronics (Ecu re-mapping), and, very often, they also require modification to the fuel supply system (injectors replacement).
To install this manifold, it is necessary to replace the water sleeve gasket with the following Fiat original product: 0055185066-001.

THE MERGE SYSTEM
Our experts designed the merge system of our manifolds so that the flows are parallel and do not conflict with each other. This allows the product to guarantee maximum yield, while there is a drastic reduction of back pressures and operating temperatures. For years our team of experts has carried out tests on racetracks and on the dyno test bench to obtain a high-quality product. This system guarantees a power increase in the order of 10-15hp and a decrease in the operating temperatures.
FLANGE AND TEMPERATURE PROBE CONNECTION
Our manifolds are equipped with an EGT temperature probe connection with a thread of your choice. They include flanges as well, in which both the turbine and the head connection are made of stainless steel. Moreover, every manifold has a pipe coupling system that guarantees the maximum resistance of the product.
MERGE SYSTEM AND FLANGE MACHINED FROM SOLID
The merge system machined from solid guarantees greater reliability and better exhaust flow to the turbine due to the lack of junctions between the components.
