For this product we develop 2 fin models that you can choose from in the purchase options for both the 7.5 litres and the 9 litres ( tube & fin and tube & fin competition ).
Let’s look in detail at the differences between the two types:

Normal tube & fin features 10 passage channels with perforated external slats that allow heat dissipation in a short time, 10mm pitch
The Tube & Fin Competition features 12 channels with 0.7mm pitch, thus increasing airflow, and a greater number of external fins, which are much denser and more perforated, as can be seen in the photos. The latter provides greater heat exchange and nearly instantaneous recovery times.

Here are some of the impressive features that make this kit stand out: The 600x205x50/62mm radiator core offers a significantly larger flow area than the stock intercooler. This means your engine receives more fresh air, resulting in better combustion and therefore greater performance and reliability of the engine itself, because as is well known, too high an air temperature increases the possibility of detonation . The high-performance radiator cores we use offer excellent cooling characteristics and ensure that the engine always maintains the optimal operating temperature. Despite the impressive increase in performance, our intercooler weighs only 2.8 kg, which allows for very fast recovery times. The CAD-developed die-cast aluminum end tanks ensure the best possible internal airflow and minimize backpressure compared to the stock radiator.

**** THIS IS NOT A PLUG AND PLAY INSTALLATION. The intercooler is very large and you will need to cut and modify the inside edges of your front bumper to make it fit. You will have to fit it and see where it is touching and then cut out those areas. FYI the more area you cut out from the front bumper to allow air into the intercooler the better.

The ORRA intercooler has 2 stage endplates allow air to be deflected to both TOP AND BOTTOM of intercooler. This is NOT THE CASE on many intercoolers on the market.
